Ingredients

2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

1–2 tablespoons water (to adjust thickness)
Instructions

In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together gochujang, honey, and brown sugar until smooth.

Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir to combine.

Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes, stirring regularly.

Add water 1 tablespoon at a time to thin the sauce to your liking.

Remove from heat and let cool. Serve or store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
