Instructions

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and onion; sauté until soft and fragrant.

Stir in Cajun seasoning and cook for 30 seconds.

Pour in heavy cream slowly, stirring to combine.

Let it simmer 5–7 minutes, until thick and creamy.
